We are looking to grow our SAP HCM team and need a K3/K4 level SAP HCM consultant with Payroll experience. Our clients are mainly Durban based but remote support from anywhere in SOuth Africa would be acceptable. The role will be based around ad-hoc consulting support on a time-and-material basis.

Overall Objectives of The Role:
The objective of this role is to provide consulting support primarily in the HR Master data and payroll areas.  As such you will be expected to analyse and create solutions for business and technical issues identified by the client.  You will need to document this, configure and implement these solutions, test these changes and ensure quality delivery to the client.. You may also be required to assist with client training.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years’ experience with SAP HCM support and configuration, specifically with Payroll and Master Data.
• Proven ability with configuration of SAP Payroll Rules and Schemas
• Proven ability to create and change Payslips
• Ability to configure and change wage types
• Ability to configure Postings
• Ability to configure Infotypes
• Ability to create and change Features
• Ability to support the Bank file transfer process
• Ability to write functional specs and high level technical specs
• At least 1 SAP HCM Implementation project
• Experience with Org Management configuration and support
• Experience with Leave Management configuration and support
