Job Purpose

To implement the detailed design and/or configuration of the business processes and to provide practical troubleshooting resolution throughout the business to update/adapt the relevant procedures, in line with the business strategy.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing in SAP HR, MM, FI, SD, Workflows etc
• Integration with SAP and third-party application
• SAP Support
• Competent at technical requirements gathering
• Compile technical specification documents when required
• Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
• Perform required administrative tasks
• Work effectively in teams
• Be ready, willing, and able to ramp up knowledge of latest SAP technologies and methodologies when required

Qualifications and Experience Level

• Grade 12
• Diplomas / Degree in IT
• ABAP, Fiori or UI5 Certifications (prerequisite)
• 2 + years ABAP experience
• 2 + years Fiori experience
• 2 + years UI5 experience
• 1 + years Workflows

• Understanding of SuccessFactors OData API
• CDS views for analytical apps on S4HANA ABAP OData
• Experience with SAP ABAP HR development including HR Renewal, ABAP Object Oriented Programming, WebDynpro, ALE, IDOC, BADI, BAPI and OData
• Knowledge of SAP support methodologies and tools
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent in documenting specification and technical solutions.
